We work directly with event organisers dealing with large, multi-national companies, small private businesses, Local Authorities dealing with children and young people both in mainstream education and those living with physical or learning disability. Our work with teenagers and young adults, whilst extending employment opportunities, also improves the employability and skills of the unemployed and economically inactive people. We tackle head-on, the barriers to work faced by disadvantaged groups whilst reducing the number of young people who are not in education, employment or training (NEET). We provide events which are an excellent vehicle for consultation initiatives with local communities (Our SureStart and Groundworks work) as well as giving children from 'disadvantaged wards' opportunities to take part in physical and mentally challenging activities in the outdoors. Our Climbing Walls and Obstacle Courses have proven a tremendous success when we take them to inner-city areas in Manchester's Moss-Side, Liverpool, Peterborough and Essex and one of our corner stones values is 'Learning through Fun'.
