1.1 The Small Print

We accept payment by most Debit & Credit cards and Paypal. Card payments are processed on receipt of your order, however, if your products are not available, we will email you with the expected time of dispatch.

The 'Order Confirmation' is simply to tell you that we have received your order and is subject to stock availability. We will contact you if there is an expected delay on the delivery of your order or if we have any other order process issues. If you are not happy with our alternative delivery dates, then we will of course, offer to cancel your order and issue an immediate, full refund. Your 'statutory rights' are not affected.

1.2 Accuracy of information

Department of Enjoyment Limited shall take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.

Price and availability information is subject to change without notice except that we will notify you of any change in price after the placing of your order giving you the opportunity to cancel your order or accept the new price.

1.3 Pricing

The prices on our web site reflect a lower cost structure of a mail order internet business model compared to high street stores and prices therefore, may be more competitive due to our lower operating costs.

1.4 Delivery times and costs

All items leave same day if ordered before 2 p.m.

Delivery Times: 1st Class Royal Mail: 2-3 days. Courier: next day.

We deliver to the following countries:

England, Scotland, Wales, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles and the Scottish Islands & Highlands (additional cost).

We guarantee that ALL ORDERS placed on our websites before 3.00pm G.M.T. will be dispatched on that same day. Failure to do so will result in us refunding your full postage costs.

We will notify you when a product is not available and you will have the opportunity to either cancel your order or have your order placed on 'back order' for a later delivery date.

Part orders will be dispatched once we have contacted customers for approval and follow on items will be sent FREE of CHARGE.

1.6 Returns

We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from enjoy.co.uk. It is our aim to offer both value and quality. If however, you are not totally satisfied, simply return the item in its original and unused condition, complete with original packaging within 7 days and we will exchange it or offer you a full refund.

It is your responsibility to ensure the item is returned to us safely, and we recommend using a recorded delivery service. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. If the item is found to have a manufacturing fault, we will also refund the postage costs. These guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.

Department of Enjoyment will endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 working days of receipt. If you would like to lodge a complaint concerning our website, please e-mail complaints@enjoy.co.uk. in order that we may respond in a professional, fair and effective manner.
